The stay was ultimately fantastic. The room is minimalistic and stylish. Staff from front office and house keeping is courteous. Hot water was 24/7. Room service was on time. Nowhere I found difficulty. And also special thanks to general manager 💖

Very poor attitude of staff. Inspite of a vacant table they refused to let us sit. Earlier too visited when the rush was less , but even then service was taking very long. Food is just average. Location is good. But unless the attitude of staff and service improves , customer repetition will not be there.

For visit this place is good but service is very slow...you have to wait for 20-30 minutes after order.And after party over,match ur orders with the bill, hotel staff add extra plates and counts to ur bill .this is so rude and not acceptable.

I had a wonderful engagement reception at RAAS. Customer service was exceptional and with complete support.They made sure that everything are at place making it light for the host to follow up on details. Food and ambiance were the show stoppers. Overall it was a right decision in choosing RAAS for the function. Highly recommended for any type of events

Room was ok, good clean rooms. Hallway is a bit congested. Parking space is good. Service experience was bad especially during checkout we were given a bill where even the paid bills were again added and there was lack of clarity or communication between the staff. We got held up and sort of an argument happened.

Staffs are not friendly... I have been visited executive bar.. the ambience is really good but the staffs are treating people by their looks.... It's so shame .... Treat costomer equally...
